Sunday School
Hello there and welcome to our Sunday School page!
Classes meet from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. each Sunday morning.
Currently we have nine separate Sunday School classes in our church. With over 160 years of combined Sunday School teaching experience our Sunday School classes are fun, focused and faithfully taught each week in two languages! Our Sunday School building boasts seven classrooms for Sunday School and a meeting area for our Children's Church. All our classes are taught using the King James Bible.
Toddlers-Kindergarten:
This class ranges in age from three to those in Kindergarten. The lessons are taught and backed up with age appropriate activities so the children are able to understand each one. Also taught are the proper way to behave in God's house (i.e. sharing, caring for another, keeping hands and feet to ourselves, and following rules), as well as, teaching the children how to pray. They sing songs and play games which help reinforce God's Word.
"But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God." Luke 18:16
1st-2nd:
Sister Fern Vicenti teaches children, both boys and girls, that are in First and Second grade. Each week the kids are taught (on their level) a Bible lesson, a Bible memory verse and do an "in-class" craft to help them remember the lesson.
"And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 3:15
3rd-5th:
Sister Donna Jones and Sister Wynell Corey teach the class for those in Third through Fifth grade. The children are taught lessons from Bible stories in conjunction with learning to apply those principles to their lives today. They also are taught a memory verse and are given a handout to reinforce the lesson.
"And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great." Luke 9:48
6th-12th:
Young Men:
Brother Ed Vicenti teaches the class for young men that are in sixth through twelfth grades. They are challenged each week from God's Word to take what they've learned and apply it to their daily lives. They are also encouraged and edified each week to live for Christ in a world full of wickedness.
Young Ladies:
Sister Becky Quinn teach the class for the young ladies who are in sixth through twelfth grades. Currently, the ladies are going through a curriculum called, Different By Design. They are challenged each week to take what they've learned and apply it to their daily lives. They are also encouraged and edified each week to live for Christ in this world full of wickedness.
"Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." I Timothy 4:12
Adult Sunday School:
Pastor Quinn teaches our adult Sunday School for those out of high school and on up. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to continue to learn throughout their whole lives about the Bible and God. Come by and check it out! Currently, Pastor Quinn is teaching our S.P.E.A.K. discipleship program in Sunday School.
S.P.E.A.K. = Service. Prayer. Evangelize. Assembly. Knowledge.

Adult Spanish Sunday School:
Our Spanish speaking Sunday School class is taught by Brother Jesus Jacobo. Every week those in attendance are taught a lessons out of God's Word along with a daily application to help them implement what they learn in their lives. This class is an answer to prayer and sure to be a blessing to those who attend.

New Believer's Classes (English & Spanish):
We are excited to have just begun our New Believer's Classes!! Every Sunday during our Sunday School hour.
For our English speaking new believer's this class is being taught by Bro. David Harjo.
For our Spanish speaking brethren this calss is being taught by our Spanish Pastor, Bro. Jesus Jacobo.
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
